Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and / or final payment indicates your compliances with our booking terms and conditions, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. Verbal authorization of your credit card confirms your registration.
Prices listed in this Web site are based on foreign currency levels which are in effect at time of posting. Prices indicated are subject to change without notice. Airline taxes may also change without notice.
Any changes to the itinerary prior to ticketing may be subject to penalty and/or service fee. No changes allowed after ticketing.
Insurance is strongly recommended.
There will be no refund for unused services, hotel nights or portions of unused airline sectors. Should the traveler fail to join a tour, join it after departure or leave it prior to completion, no refund will be made and no credit granted. Travelers should insure that they have appropriate insurance cover.
The transport, meals, entrance fees, accommodation and other facilities and services which are to be supplied in respect of any tour package are those specifically stated in the package itinerary. Each package requires the organization of transport, meals, entrance fees, accommodation and/or other facilities or services. Adria Travel has no direct day to day control over its suppliers. Accordingly Adria Travel acts only as representatives for passengers and accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity and/or inconvenience which may be occasioned by any defect in any object (including a vehicle) utilized by any supplier for the supply of any service or by an act or omission of any supplier or its servants or agents.
Adria Travel also accept no responsibility for the quality of services in hotels, on board aircraft, trains, buses or any other vehicle(s) used in connection with your trip. Adria Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense of any nature whatever suffered by the client or any traveler arising from:
1)The loss of or any damage to any property
2)The cancellation or curtailment of any tour
3)Sickness, quarantine, weather conditions and/or any other cause of any nature whatever, or accidents that interrupt the tour.
Adria Travel recommends travelers to have the necessary insurance to protect against any such eventuality.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have proper documentation. Adria Travel assumes no responsibility for any delay, loss or extra expense which may be incurred as a result of improper or lack of travel documents. Participants should expect tickets and other necessary documentation from Adria Travel at least two weeks prior to departure.
All claims must be submitted in writing to Adria Travel no later than 14 days following the return of passengers.
Adria Travel travel programs are considered active and require participants to be in good health. Step climbing and walking on cobblestone streets are common on most days and wheelchair access on motor coaches is rare. Any disability or condition requiring special attention must be reported to the Adria Travel at the time of booking. Adria Travel is unable to provide individual assistance in walking, dining, getting on or off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. If a traveler requires such assistance an able companion must accompany them in order to be considered for participation.
Transportation, transfer and gratuities for one (1) piece of checked luggage per person is included in the cost of the tour. The maximum weight will be determined by program as dictated by the internal flight air carriers. Each person is permitted to take and be responsible for one (1) carry-on bag not to exceed 9″X14″X22″. Any additional luggage will be subject to porterage fees.
A list and category of the hotels will be provided as per individual itinerary. All accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin bedded standard room with private facilities (unless otherwise indicated). Single accommodations are available and supplements charges will apply. Single room supplements pay for privacy only and not for a superior
Travelers should be aware that different living standards, practices and conditions, outside of North America – with respect to the provision of utilities, services, and accommodations may exist. All hotel accommodations will be provided in hotels mentioned or hotels of similar category, Adria Travel will try to provide specified hotels at all times, however, in the unlikely event that the specified hotel in the itinerary is not available for reasons beyond our control, a substitute of similar class hotel will be arranged.
We do our best to get the seats you have requested. We do not have control over airlines decision to change the equipment which causes changes of seating arrangements. We do not have control over the size and comfort of airline seats. We carefully choose local tour operators and most of the time all works out as per agreement, however if local suppliers need to change itinerary or accommodation – in their “terms& conditions” they are reserving the right to do so – We have no control over it. I ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO GET THE SEATS YOU HAVE REQUESTED. I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER AIRLINES DECISION TO CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT WHICH CAUSES CHANGES IN SEATING ARRANGEMENTS. I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE SIZE AND COMFORT OF AIRLINE SEATS. I CAREFULLY CHOOSE TOUR OPERATORS I WORK WITH AND MOST OF THE TIME IT ALL WORKS OUT AS PER AGREEMENT, HOWEVER IF LOCAL SUPPLIERS NEED TO CHANGE ITINERARY OR ACCOMMODATION – IN THEIR “TERMS&CONDITIONS” THEY ARE RESERVING THE RIGHT TO DO SO – I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.
