Day 1 - Monday, September 22

Depart Canada Overnight flight to Moscow.

Day 2 - TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 

Arrival in Moscow Domodedovo airport

Transfer to the hotel

Diner at the hotel

Hotel: “Budapest"  Hotel

Day 3 - Wednesday, September 24
City tour of Moscow & Red Square &  St. Basil's Cathedral 

Free time for lunch

16:00 - 17:00   New Maiden Convent

18:00   Dinner at one of the restaurants of the city

Day 4 -  Thursday, September 25

Visiting The  Kremlin , one of the  cathedrals  and the Armory

After short time for lunch – we are off to the  airport

We have an evening flight  to St. Petersburg (1 hour 10 min flight)

Arrival in St. Petersburg

Transfer to the  Helvetia Hotel

Dinner at the hotel

Day 5 - Saturday, September 26 

City tour including Peter and Paul fortress
Afternoon boat trip along rivers and canals
Dinner at the hotel
 

Day 6 - Sunday, September 27

Morning (10am)  Transfer to the Hermitage

10:30 entrance into  Hermitage

free time for lunch

St. Isaac's Cathedral

Diner at one of the local area restaurants

Day 7 - Monday, September 28

Transfer to the R/W station for a 7:30 am departure by train for Helsinki
Upon arrival in Helsinki – City tour
Transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight
 

Day 8 - Tuesday, September 29

Morning at leisure.

Early Afternoon departure to airport for our flight to Berlin.

Upon arrival in Berlin Tegel Airport – transfer to our hotel.

The rest of the day free.

Dinner on our own.

Day 9 - Wednesday, September 30

After breakfast city tour. Sightseeing with a local guide in this once divided city includes the elegant Ku’damm, the restored Reichstag, Charlottenburg Palace, monumental Brandenburg Gate, Victory Column, checkpoint Charlie and so much more.

The rest of the day is free to revisit some places on our own.

Dinner on our own.

Day 10 - Thursday, October 01

Visit to the historic Potsdam . Afternoon free to perhaps visit a museum or just enjoy this beautiful city.

Tonight we will have our farewell dinner together in one of the local restaurants.
 

Day 11 - Friday,  October 02  

This morning after breakfast bid farewell to your new-found friends and your Tour Director as we transfer you to the airport for your return flight to Canada, or join me on my next adventure to Imperial Central Europe or wherever your plans may take you....
